About the position:
The livestock farmer will join a dedicated team of farmers to take care of all of our pasture based livestock needs. We raise beef cattle, laying hens, turkeys, broiler chickens and have several goats for hedge row maintenance. There will be daily chores of collecting eggs, moving fences according to our rotational grazing plan, feeding and watering all species while remaining observant to the animals’ needs. We are looking to expand our farm to include a cow-calf operation in the future. We are looking for skilled and dedicated livestock farmers that care for the animals and health of the land.
